Grievance Description

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to PESCO Tender No. MM-09 for the supply of Dropout Cutouts (28,125 Nos.), we would like to request your kind consideration for revising the tender requirements regarding the lot size and delivery schedule.

we respectfully request that the total quantity be divided into smaller lots, with a maximum quantity of 6,000 Nos. per lot, in line with the practice followed by LESCO and FESCO (Tender Notice attached.

We also request that the delivery period be kept open for 180 days, allowing sufficient time for procurement/import of materials, manufacturing, casting, testing, and final supply while maintaining the required quality standards.

We therefore request PESCO to kindly consider the following:

Maximum Lot Size: 6,000 Nos. per lot
Total Quantity: 28,125 Nos.
Delivery Schedule: Open delivery period of 180 days
Reason: Manual manufacturing and casting process, along with material import lead time.

We shall highly appreciate your kind consideration and necessary amendment in the tender conditions.

As per contents of GRC Filed by the bidder, they are actually requesting to PESCO to consider. Therefore it looks that they mistakenly uploaded their Grievances to LESCO GRC.
