Request for Clarification and Removal of EPADS Eligibility Restriction – Procurement Ref P99028
Respected Sir,
We are interested in participating in the subject procurement, “Laying of OFC OSP Network for Deployment of Networking Infrastructure at NSDRA Offices, Mall of Islamabad.”
However, while accessing the procurement through EPADS 2.0, our firm is receiving the following system message:
“You are not eligible to participate in this procurement. Your business is not eligible for this procurement.”
M/s Al Imran Khan has been working with NTC and has relevant experience of telecom and OFC-related works. Therefore, we request you to kindly clarify the specific reason for this eligibility restriction.
The public procurement notice allows Suppliers/Contractors/Service Providers having valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and relevant experience. We therefore request you to kindly review the EPADS eligibility configuration and confirm:
1.Which specific business type is eligible for this procurement?
2.Which business category/profile requirement is causing our firm to be restricted?
If our business profile meets the tender requirements, kindly remove/correct the EPADS eligibility restriction so that we may participate in the procurement.
