Grievance Description

With reference to the above tender and Corrigendum No. 1 dated 31 August 2026, we request clarification on the following under ITB Clause 8:
1. Eligibility (viii) requires purchase orders of Outdoor CT with one year satisfactory performance. As the FESCO Specification 2025 is of recent issue, please confirm whether supply records of L.T. current transformers to DISCOs against WAPDA/PPMC Specification DDS-80:2007 are acceptable in satisfaction of this criterion.
2. Eligibility (viii) refers to "latest educational/regular purchase order(s)". Please clarify the meaning of "educational" in this context, as it is not defined in the bidding documents.
3. Eligibility (ii) requires a valid prototype approval. Please confirm whether approval issued by CE (S&S) against DDS-80:2007 for L.T. current transformers is acceptable, or whether separate approval against the FESCO Specification 2025 is required — and if so, whether it may be obtained after award and before first inspection.
