Clarification Regarding Prototype Approval Requirement
The Tender Advertisement states that prototype approval is not required for this tender. However, Clause 13 of the General/Special Conditions for Bidding and the Bid Price Schedule under “Delivery Period/Schedule” contain references to prototype approval.
Kindly clarify and confirm that prototype approval is not required for this item under this tender and that delivery shall not be subject to prototype approval.
