Grievance Regarding Restriction in Bidder Eligibility
It is respectfully submitted that the Procuring Agency has floated a tender wherein the eligible bidder types have been restricted to Sole Proprietorships, Individuals, and Companies.
Our firm is a duly registered Partnership Firm and possesses the requisite capacity and eligibility to participate in the subject procurement. However, due to the currently specified bidder types, Partnership Firms have been excluded from participation, thereby restricting our ability to submit a bid.
It is, therefore, requested that the Procuring Agency may kindly review and amend the eligible Bidder Type to include Partnership Firms, thereby ensuring wider participation and fair competition among all eligible business entities.
It is requested that the necessary amendment may kindly be made accordingly.
