1. Scanner: Kindly amend connectivity requirement from “USB 3.0; Network/Ethernet interface” to “USB 2.0 or higher” and remove the mandatory Network/Ethernet interface requirement, as network connectivity is not essential for the intended workstation-based e-Office scanning application.

2. Printer: Kindly revise minimum paper input capacity from 500 sheets to 250 sheets or higher, as the existing requirement unnecessarily restricts otherwise compliant enterprise-class models without providing a significant functional advantage for the intended application.

3. Multifunctional Printer: Kindly enhance the minimum Processor requirement to 1.8 GHz Dual-Core or higher and System Memory (RAM) to 6 GB or higher to ensure efficient processing of high-volume printing, scanning and document-management workloads.

Scanner: The suggestion is accepted. The connectivity requirement has been amended from "USB 3.0; Network/Ethernet interface" to "USB 2.0 or higher," and the mandatory Network/Ethernet interface requirement has been removed. Necessary amendment has been made in the bidding document accordingly.

Printer: The suggestion is accepted. The minimum paper input capacity has been revised from 500 sheets to 250 sheets or higher. Necessary amendment has been made in the bidding document accordingly.

Multifunctional Printer: The suggestion is not accepted. 1.6 GHz Dual-Core or Higher Processor shall remain the minimum requirement. Bidders may, however, quote a higher specification if they so wish.
