Vendors submit BOQ with proposal on his letter head.

Patch cord, digging, and post-identification requirements must be defined in bid & avoid major digging on main road.

10G core-layer switch required for S. No Switches 1, 2 and 3.

8.

24-port patch panel with IO to be added in S. No 9 in tender documents.

9.

Smart LED for display specs to be revised with smart box.

Firmware/brand to be confirmed & shared to bidders.

POE switch, 24V battery spec should be general.

12.

All bidders submit their survey confirmation on his letter head and signed by SM (T&DT)-PMDC and same signed copy should be uploaded with bid on E-pad.
