CLARIFICATION OF PEC CERTIFICATE IN E PAD 2.

Your tender documents downloaded from EPADS PPRA refers.

1.       On checking of tender documents, we have found following queries: -

a.         Duty Hours     Duty hours have not been mentioned in Standard Bidding Documents. Therefore, clarification is required.

b.         Calculation of Withholding Tax (WHT) and General/Provincial Sales Tax (GST).     Please clarify whether WHT and GST will be calculated on Services charges only or on Gross clientage.

c.            Bid Security in Shape of CDR / Bid Declaration Form           According to Clause 4 (Page 1) “All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security described in Bid Security Section in Bidding Document in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bid Security Declaration on the prescribed format described” but according to Required Services “Bid Security Rs @ 495,000/- vide page 31 of Standard Bidding Documents and Bid Security @ Rs 5% of estimated bid amount Rs 9,900,000/- vide page 33 have been mentioned which needs clarify.
