Clarification Regarding Eligibility to Participate in the Tender

We intend to participate in the bidding process for provision of Health Insurance Services to the Fisheries Development Board. However, while accessing the online bidding portal for submission of our bid documents, it is showing as “you are not Eligible to participate".
We kindly request the Procuring Agency to clarify the specific reason(s), eligibility criterion, or requirement under which AGICO has been marked as ineligible, so that we may understand the basis of the restriction and, if applicable, provide any required clarification or supporting documentation.
We would appreciate your clarification at the earliest, enabling us to proceed with the bidding process within the prescribed timeline.
