review on specification of laptop
We respectfully submit that the technical specifications mentioned by IT for the business-class laptops appear overly restrictive and non-competitive. The specifications seem to combine features and requirements from different manufacturers/product lines, making it difficult for multiple internationally recognized OEMs to offer compliant models. Som requirements appear to include value-added/specific features that are not essential to the core performance requirements and may unnecessarily restrict competition and limit the number of eligible bidders.
We request the department to kindly review and revise the specifications on neutral basis.
