Queries Regarding RFP – Procurement of MS Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) Licenses & User CALs (Tender #03/26-27)
1. Please clarify if Microsoft Windows Server licenses or Office 365 Purchase Orders (POs)
can be submitted as reference for past performance, or if it is mandatory to provide
Exchange Server-specific POs only.
2. Kindly confirm whether hybrid Exchange deployments (on-prem + cloud) are acceptable
under this tender, or if the requirement is strictly for on-prem subscription edition.
3. Please clarify the minimum version of Exchange Server SE licenses required (e.g.,
Exchange Server 2019 SE or later).
Grievance is dismissed upon the request of withdrawal from vendor (M/s Arwen Tech) to SECP via email at procurement.info@secp.gov.pk and subsequently to PPRA via attached letter. It is stated that a clarification was intended on the questions asked, however, submission of questions was made inadvertently under the grievance.

Strictly for on-prem MS Exchange Subscription Edition (SE)
3. Please clarify the minimum version of Exchange Server SE licenses required (e.g., Exchange Server 2019 SE or later).
Currently SECP is running Exchange Server 2019 on-prem and require Exchange Server SE or later
