Reconsideration Of Indemnification, Liability & Penalties For Lost/Damaged Items & Deduction & Recovery From Invoice & Request For Pre-Bid Meeting

We hereby request to reconsider the penalties as the penalties are on very higher side and are not business viable. We are OK with reasonable and logical penalties and penalties amount should not deducted from invoices. Damages should persued through proper claim process. Please refer to tender document clause 9. Indemnification, Liability & Penalties for Lost/Damaged Items of the tender document. 

We also request to kindly schedule pre-bid meeting so that we can visit your good office for a discussion on tender document

With reference to your request, it is stated that the all clauses of bidding documents were approved by the competent authority. Moreover, as per your suggestion the pre-bid meeting is schedule and will be held on 03-09-2026 at 2.00 pm in the office Director (E&TD), Islamabad.
