It has been observed that while the system requires financial evaluation / bidding parameters, the detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and itemized scope of work have not been uploaded or attached with the tender documents on the portal.
In order to allow contractors/bidders to prepare accurate and competitive financial estimates, you are kindly requested to upload/attach the detailed BOQ and relevant bidding templates on the EPADS portal at the earliest.
