Pre-Bid Meeting for procurement of Bladder’s Machinery for Sports Industries Development Centre (SIDC), Sialkot, held on September 01, 2026 at 11:30 AM at SIDC Office, Sialkot

Proceedings:

General Manager (Outsourcing), Deputy General Manager (Outsourcing), and Project Director–SIDC joined the meeting online via Zoom. Manager Accounts–SIDC and Manager Maintenance–SIDC attended the meeting physically at SIDC, Sialkot.

Project Director–SIDC welcomed the officials to the meeting and informed that Regional Chief Central-SMEDA couldn’t join the meeting due to another official engagement.

Project Director–SIDC briefed that the Procurement Notice for the Supply, Installation, Commissioning, and Trial Run of Bladder’s Machinery & Equipment for SIDC Sialkot had been advertised on August 20, 2026 in newspapers, on EPADS, and on the PPRA website. The pre-bid meeting was scheduled for September 01, 2026 at 11:30 AM at SIDC, Sialkot.

Project Director–SIDC asked Manager Accounts–SIDC how many prospective bidders have come to attend the pre-bid meeting. Manager Accounts–SIDC informed that no prospective bidder has arrived to attend the meeting as of 11:35 AM.

General Manager (Outsourcing) advised to wait for half an hour and further advised that, if any prospective bidder arrived within the waiting period, would be accommodated; otherwise, the meeting could be concluded.

Manager Accounts–SIDC informed the officials that no prospective bidder has arrived to attend the pre-bid meeting as of 12:05 PM.

Project Director–SIDC stated that, despite waiting for more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time, no prospective bidder has arrived to attend the pre-bid meeting as of 12:05 PM. Accordingly, the meeting could be concluded.

Project Director–SIDC thanked all the officials for attending the meeting.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks.
