Dear Sir/Madam,
We refer to the captioned tender for Renovation, Interior Fit-Out, Furniture & Fixtures, and Allied Works for the PRAL New Head Office Building (Turnkey Basis), which states that architectural drawings, 2D/3D layouts, and detailed floor plans will be shared with interested bidders upon request.
As a prospective bidder preparing our technical and financial proposal, we kindly request the following, at the earliest:
- Complete architectural drawings, all floors (1st to 5th)
- 2D floor plans (as-built and proposed)
- 3D layouts/renders, where available
- Working drawings for civil, fit-out, furniture, and electrical/ELV works
- Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)
- MEP/electrical layout drawings
- Structural drawings relevant to demolition/civil scope
- Site survey schedule, if not yet conducted
Given the bid submission deadline of Friday, August 28, 2026, 03:00 PM, we would appreciate priority handling of this request. Please advise if these can be shared via EPADS v2.0, email, or physically, and if any formality is required on our part.

We, M/s Capital Engineering Services, request an extension of the tender submission date for Tender No. P-48/2026 – Renovation, Interior Fit-Out, Furniture & Fixtures, and Allied Works for PRAL New Head Office Building on Turnkey Basis.
Additional time is required to properly review the technical requirements, finalize the proposal, and ensure a complete and compliant submission. We therefore request kindly extending the submission deadline by 7–10 days.
