We, M/s SINDH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, respectfully wish to bring to your attention an issue encountered while uploading the required tender documents on the procurement portal.

The portal is currently allowing a very limited maximum file size, due to which we are unable to upload our complete tender document in its original, clear and readable quality. When we compress the documents sufficiently to meet the prescribed upload limit, the quality of scanned documents becomes blurred and difficult to read, particularly stamps, signatures, certificates, and other important supporting documents.

We are concerned that if we upload the highly compressed version merely to meet the file-size restriction, our bid may subsequently be disqualified due to unclear or unreadable documentation, despite the fact that the original documents are complete, genuine, and clearly readable.

We therefore kindly request your guidance and clarification on the following:

Whether an alternative method of submission may be allowed for documents exceeding the prescribed upload limit.

Whether we may submit the complete/high-quality documents through an alternative link, email, or other prescribed method.

Kindly confirm that our bid will not be disqualified solely because the documents have been compressed to comply with the portal's technical upload limitation, provided that all required information is otherwise submitted.

We request your kind consideration of this technical issue and guidance before the tender submission deadline so that we may ensure full compliance with the tender requirements without compromising the readability and authenticity of the submitted documents.
