Clarification Regarding Evaluation Criteria and Required Documents

Evaluation Criteria ( Page No 33 & Page No 82-83)

Please confirm which of the Evaluation Criteria will be supersede for bid evaluation and marking purposes, as both subject reference sections appear to contain different requirements.

Your clarification in this regard will help us to ensure that our bid is prepared and submitted in accordance with the applicable evaluation requirements.

Clarification regarding the contents of Page No 33 & Page No 82-83 of tender documents

It is stated that page 30-32 and page 82 contains "Eligibilty Criteria". Fufilling all terms and conditions of eligibility criteria is mandatory to precced for technical evaluation of bids. 
While page 33-35 and page 83 contains "Technical Evaluation Criteria", that will be carried out of only thoes bid that satisfy the "Eligibility Criteria". As per Technical Evaluation criteria 70% are the minimum passing marks.

Request for Extension of Tender Submission Date (Tender No. 15/0001/00-0/1-2026/RFP

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the tender for the "Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Luggage Scanning Machine" published on the EPADS Portal, we respectfully request a submission deadline extension of 3 to 4 weeks (or at least 14 working days).

Due to the limited time between receiving the documents on August 24 and the current deadline of September 7, additional time is essential for us to prepare a fully compliant and competitive bid.
