My name is Usman Tanveer from WInstar PVT LTD, I want to know if we can participate in this oppotunity by regulatory sectiono only?.
Secondly the bid opening deadline is 31st Aug 26 and the buisness commencement date is on Oct 2026. I just want to know that is it not necessary that on the october that forklift to be supplied should be in stock?
Lastly, please specify the technical proposal date and commerical propsal date .
