Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to subject cited bid, the following clarifications are required:
Our company’s existing products are manufactured to the reference standard GB/T 9465-2018, which applies to aerial devices with rated line voltages including 35 kV but not 46 kV. This differs from the requirements set forth in IEC 61057 or ANSI/SAIA A92.2-2015. Can our bid acceptable with this deviation?
3.1 requires the vehicle to have two front seats, and Section 3.3 requires adequate rear space for four line workers. To meet both requirements simultaneously, a double-row chassis (i.e., 2+4 seating) should be used. Our product is a single-row seat vehicle; adopting a double-row chassis would necessitate further development and alter the overall vehicle dimensions. Clarification is needed regarding whether a double-row chassis is required?
Maintenance and spare parts for our domestic products are provided on a chargeable basis. Is it acceptable or not?
The equipment/instruments are provided by a third party; the manufacturer does not possess them. It is necessary to verify whether the client's possession of the equipment/instruments is acceptable?
The dimensions (length × width × height) of our company’s product work bucket are 1.15 m × 0.6 m × 1.05 m, which differ from the required dimensions. Is this deviation is acceptable?
Further clarifications are requested in the attached pdf file. Also clarify the pdf quries.
