SECP Registration requirement

we are a proprieotrship firm and are not registered with SECP, can we aprticipate in the tender by providing our FBR Registration in place of SECP as we are a proprietorship firm. Please respond?

“Dear Bidder,

In context of your clarification you are advised to attach legal recognized / enforceable evidence of businesses which legally operate under valid registrations document of Partnership, AOPs and Sole Proprietorships or registration with Provincial.Federal Government certificate in SECP column & the Procurement Committee will consider the same however if the bidder fail to produce any valid registration it will be evaluated as ineligible.”
