| The bidder must thoroughly inspect the radiator from 0900 hours to 1100 hours on 22.07.2026 at Central Base Workshop Manga before submitting the repair quotation. No claim for any additional cost shall be entertained at a later stage on the grounds of the condition of the spare after submission of the quotation. | |
| Transportation of the spare from Central Base Workshop Manga to the contractor's workshop and back shall be the responsibility of the contractor. | |
| The bidder shall disclose the details of the workshop where the repair work will be carried out. If the repair work is to be executed through a third-party workshop, the bidder shall provide the complete details of such workshop. If the repair work is to be carried out at the bidder's own workshop, the same shall also be disclosed. In either case, the workshop shall be a fully established facility located within a reasonable distance from Central Base Workshop Manga for after repair support. | |
| The repaired spare shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by the SNGPL representative. | |
