Request for Reduction in Bid Security and Extension of Bid Submission Deadline

Dear Sir,

With reference to the subject tender, we kindly request a 50% reduction in the Bid Security amount, as the current requirement appears to be on the higher side.

We also request an extension of the bid submission deadline by one (1) month to allow sufficient time for OEM coordination and completion of the required documentation.

Furthermore, we observed that the Technical Compliance and Operational Compliance sections in the tender document are not in the correct sequence. We kindly request that the corrected tender documents be issued and that the bid submission deadline be extended by one (1) month from the date of issuance of the revised documents.

Request for Clarifications

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the subject tender, we kindly request clarification on Clause 1.24 regarding the following queries

1-Kindly confirm site/location of Centralized ETD Management Server.
2-Kindly confirm whether the Central Management System (CMS) for ETD is required to integrate only the 19-ETDs under this tender.                                                                                                                                                                              3-Kindly confirm availability of backbone network between the three (03) sites [JIAP, AIIAP, IIAP] and available bandwidth 4- Kindly confirm the scope of scalability with respect to the site for remaining 03 x ETDs needs to be integrated in future.
