| The bidder shall thoroughly inspect the spare from 0900 hours to 1200 hours on 21.07.2026 at 38 KM Central Base Workshop Manga before submitting the repair quotation. No claim for any additional cost shall be entertained at a later stage on the grounds of the condition of the spare after submission of the quotation. | |
| Any spare parts replaced during the repair shall be genuine/OEM parts or equivalent of approved quality. The quality and condition of the replacement parts shall be verified in the presence of SNGPL's representative before installation. | |
| All damaged or replaced components shall be returned to SNGPL along with the repaired spare at the time of delivery. | |
| The repaired spare shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by the SNGPL representative. | |
