Mode of Payment: 100% after completion of work. 4.It is deemed that bidders are fully aware of site requirements. 5.The Employer will reject a proposal for award if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practice6.In case of failure to perform, employer reserves the right to proceed for Blacklisting of the Firm.
6.Sub-Contracting is not allowed under any circumstances. 7. Contractors are advised to make good any damages rendered during the job at their own expense & must bring the site to original condition & state of cleanliness after job completion. 8.Contractor is responsible for the safety of his staff. 9.Contractors are obliged to dispose of waste and debris after approval of the Engineer In-charge. 10. Bank reserve the right to reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA rules.
