| Professionally well qualified having relevant category of business registration with government bodies (i.e. FBR, PEC, SECP, IESCO-WAPDA, and DISCOS-WAPDA etc.), proper repair and maintenance facility equipped with relevant machinery, testing and repairing equipment, tools and skillful manpower. Documentary evidence and proofs should be attached with the quotation in retrievable form for consideration and evaluation purposes. | |
| Firms having name in FBR NTL List registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments of Government of Pakistan and not black listed anywhere, sound credibility and professional experience in the relevant field are eligible but preference will be given to authorized service provider(s Maintenance possessing Valid Authorization or License of IESCO (WAPDA) in the relevant category for repair & maintenance of 630kVA Distribution Transformer Or equivalent | |
| Deviation from any of Technical or Scientific specification(s) will render the rejection of supplies, Supply should be done as per requirement of the NMIP, Payment will be made after satisfactory report of NMIP Experts, End Users or Indenter, Income Tax will be deducted from bills by the Accounts Section of NMIP | |
| Repair and Maintenance work activities performed should have at least six months (180 days) or more warrantee of all installed parts, services rendered and smooth fault free operation of repaired transformer. Parts used for Repair and Maintenance should be completely genuine, without any fault and not refurbished | |
