1. The procurement method as per PPRA Rule 42(a) will be observed for procurement. 2. Bidders are required to submit their quotations through E-PADS (www.epads.gov.pk). 3. Quotation will be opened in the office of In-charge (HR&A, Secretary RPC) Regional Office (North), State Life, 4th floor, State Life Building No 09, 33-E Blue Area Islamabad. 4. Quotations shall remain valid for 120 days from the last date of submission of quotations.
5. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of items depending upon the availability of budget and need requirement. 6. Proof of Active Tax Payer/Sale Tax 7. Incomplete quotations/conditional quotations will be rejected. 8. Quotation without items specification will be rejected. 9. If the quotation is found against the terms and conditions, same will be rejected.
10. The State Life, reserves the right to reject all quotations any time prior to acceptance quotations 11. Sample will check and then work award will be placed. 12.
