1. The bidder shall upload the technical datasheets and/or clear photographs of the quoted items, clearly indicating the make and model of each item. Failure to comply with this requirement shall result in the immediate disqualification of the bid. 2. Optional Bidding is not allowed & Don’t Copy paste the Procuring Agency’s technical sheet ,write your own.
The bidding requirement specifies that bidders must have a registered office in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. If the bidder's head office is located outside these cities, they must provide a letterhead showing their office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi with the proper address.
The bidders are required to survey market before quoting the items to avoid delay in delivery process. The procuring Agency will not accept other brand or items as equivalent than the quoting items by the firm due to non-availability in the market
Delivery Deadline: Bidders shall deliver the quoted items by 15:00 hours (3:00 PM) on 15 July 2026 and submit a duly signed Delivery Compliance Statement acknowledging the deadline for this urgent procurement. Failure to deliver the items on time or to submit the required compliance statement shall render the bid ineligible.
