| Work shall be executed in accordance with the specifications provided in BOQ and Pak PWD 2022 SOR. Where no specifications are provided, the decision of Engineer In charge shall be final and binding. | |
| Loading, unloading, handling and transportation of the transformer from the Substation to the approved workshop for rewinding and back to the Substation after completion of rewinding, using a truck-mounted crane of adequate capacity and a flatbed truck, including all labour, tools etc charges, shall be carried out by the Bidder at no additional cost to the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). | |
