| The bidder shall be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess a valid NTN and GST registration. | |

| The bidder shall maintain a functional office in Islamabad and shall provide documentary evidence. | |
| The bidder shall have a minimum of three (03) years of experience in relevant work i.e. Ceiling work. | |
