| PAA reserves the right to inspect the quoted/offered items/ equipment before or after the confirmed order through any agency/person of its choice. Sample is to be submitted by lowest bidder(within 24 to 48 hours of calling sample) before issuance of Purchase Order without any obligation to the PAA. Failure to provide sample will lead to rejection of bidder and sample will be called from next lowest bidder. . | |
| In case of failure to deliver items after issuance of a purchase order, the contractor shall be disqualified from participating in upcoming petty purchase/RFQ cases due to non-compliance. Any condition of the supplier in addition to or in contradiction to PAAs terms and conditions shall not be entertained. Stores provided should be brand new and conforming to provided specifications. | |
| Bidder shall mention manufacturer, make, model of quoted items otherwise bid will be rejected. All goods/services are subject to testing after delivery.
