Rule : 1 Upload quoted technical sheet or upload pictures of the quoted items clearly specify make & models. 2. Optional Bidding is not allowed & Don’t Copy paste the Procuring Agency’s technical sheet ,write your own.
The bidding requirement specifies that bidders must have a registered office in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. If the bidder's head office is located outside these cities, they must provide a letterhead showing their office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi with the proper address.
The bidders are required to survey market before quoting the items to avoid delay in delivery process. The procuring Agency will not accept other brand or items as equivalent than the quoting items by the firm due to non-availability in the market
Bidders are required to deliver the items before 4:00 PM on July 10 , 2026. A Delivery Compliance Statement must be submitted along with the delivery. All bidders are expected to adhere strictly to the compliance statement in a professional manner. Failure to deliver on time may negatively impact the bidder's reputation and perceived professionalism
The firm must visit the Procurement Department to check the sample of flags before quoting and upload the picture of the sample flag. The firm without uploading the picture of the sample will be non compliant.
