1. Quoted rates will remain valid for a period of 30 days inclusive of all applicable taxes after opening of quotations/estimate(s). 2. Price/cost of item must include all applicable taxes 3. Supplier/Vendor(s) will be responsible for any damages during delivery at his own cost if caused to any equipment, due to any reason during execution of the awarded assignment/work.
4. Delivery period shall be 7 days from award of Purchase Order. 5. SBPBSC reserves the right to accept or reject any offers or items/parts thereof without assigning any reason.6. The supplier must be registered with FBR for Income Tax as well Sales Tax to participate in the bidding. 7. The supplier must mention the quoted model and or upload the picture of the quoted model to be eligible for evaluation.
8. The supplier should have registered address in Karachi. 9. Lowest bidding supplier must bring his samples and get it approved before award of the work.
