We respectfully request clarification on the following points regarding the bidding process:

Joint Venture (JV):
Kindly confirm whether participation through a Joint Venture (JV) is permitted under this tender. If yes, please provide the applicable procedure, eligibility requirements, and the documents that must be submitted with the bid.
Submission for a Single Lot:
Please clarify whether a firm is permitted to submit a bid for only one lot under this tender.
Submission for Multiple Lots:
If a firm intends to participate in more than one lot, kindly clarify the required procedure. Specifically, please confirm whether:
A separate technical and financial proposal is required for each lot;
Separate bid security is required for each lot; and
Any additional documentation or conditions apply when bidding for multiple lots.

We shall be grateful for your clarification on the above points to ensure that our bid is prepared in full compliance with the tender requirements.
