In technical specification, the requirement for a single drum and toner configuration is brand-specific. We kindly request that equivalent configurations also be accepted.

The Committee reviewed the grievance submitted by M/s GEMCO regarding the technical specification. The Committee is of opinion that since the concerns of the bidder has already been addressed by the Procuring Agency through clarification on E-PADs Version 2.0 and the nature of the concern does not fail under the ambit of the grievance nor does it in any way alter the technical specification prescribed in the bidding document henceforth, the grievance will be closed without any further action
