Contact Center: Kindly share the detailed contact center requirements, including the number of agents, supervisors, working hours/shifts, system requirements, and any other relevant operational details. If available, please also share the detailed requirement document.

Data Center Infrastructure: Please provide the complete infrastructure requirements, including bandwidth, VPS specifications, storage, public IPs, and any other hosting or network requirements.

Software Development: The shared document does not provide sufficient details regarding the software requirements. We request you to kindly arrange a meeting so that the functional and technical requirements can be discussed and documented in detail.

Extension Request: We respectfully request an extension of the tender submission deadline until 5th August 2026. The requested extension will provide sufficient time to complete the remaining technical and commercial formalities, obtain the required supporting documents and approvals, and ensure that a comprehensive and fully compliant proposal is submitted.
