| The bidder shall be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess a valid NTN and GST registration, where applicable. | |
| The bidder shall be an Active Taxpayer and shall provide documentary evidence thereof. | |
| "The bidder shall maintain a functional office in Islamabad and shall provide documentary evidence, including office address, utility bill, tenancy agreement, ownership documents, or any other relevant proof." | |
| The bidder shall have a minimum of five (05) years of experience in Repair and maintenance work. | |
| The bidder shall have successfully completed at least five (05) similar projects/contracts. | |
| Copies of work orders, contracts, completion certificates or purchase orders shall be attached. | |
| The bidder shall provide a warranty/guarantee of at least 90 days for repair work. | |
| Required work at NIPA inspection or verification report. | |
