Grievance Description

Same tender was published on EPADS vide reference no: F-26031780574 dated 16-3-2026 & closing date 7-4-2026.It is in this respect that we are recording our grievance and request you to immediately withdraw your invitation to the Tender(dated 12-7-2026) on following grounds:1) (Expert Contracting) and our representative attend the financial big opening physically
2)That the Financial Evaluation Report has not been published on the ePADS portal,which is contrary to PPRA Rules 2004.5) That We(Expert Contracting) are the lowest bidder in financial evaluation. Where as 2nd lowest bid was PKR.10.418M higher than us (F-26031780574).
This act of re-tender is contrary to the principles of transparency & fair competition and has caused serious concern to us as a bonafide bidder.We have invested considerable time and resources in this process and expect award of contract/tender in favor of Expert Contracting fair treatment as per PPRA rules.
