GRC Remarks / Decision Note

The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) examined the grievance reflected on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) portal in respect of the tender for Outsourcing of Photocopying and Book Binding Services floated by NAB.

In order to ascertain the nature of the grievance, the undersigned contacted the complainant, Mohammed Ghalib Ibrahim, on the contact number provided on the e-PADS portal. During the telephonic conversation, the complainant categorically stated that he has no objection or grievance regarding the subject tender. He further explained that, being a new user of the e-PADS portal, he was probably uploading or filing tender-related documents when, inadvertently, the grievance appears to have been generated/submitted. He confirmed that he did not intend to lodge any grievance against the procurement process.

In view of the above statement of the complainant, no grievance survives for consideration by the GRC. The matter may, therefore,
