With reference to Tender No. P51533 for HVAC and Water Facilities at Sukkur Airport, we would like to inform you that our team is actively working on the preparation of the bid.
In order to ensure that our proposal is comprehensive, technically accurate, and prepared to the highest standard, we kindly request an extension of the bid submission date. The additional time will enable us to complete all technical evaluations, finalize the required documentation, and submit a well-prepared and competitive proposal in accordance with the tender requirements.

Upon perusal of the contents of the grievance, it is observed that the issue raised therein pertains to the Procuring Agency, as the complainant has sought an extension in bid submission. Since the same does not come under the purview of the GRC, the matter is required to be addressed by the Procuring Agency. Accordingly, the Complaint is referred to the Procuring Agency for the requisite clarification, and the Procuring Agency is hereby directed to furnish an appropriate response to the Complainant’s query within a reasonable time.
In view of the foregoing, the grievance stands disposed of accordingly.
