With due respect, we would like to submit this grievance regarding the eligibility criteria mentioned in the bidding documents.
It is observed that the Bidder Type has been restricted to Individual, Individual Consultant, and Sole Proprietorship only. We respectfully request that Partnership Firms and SECP-registered Private Limited Companies may also be allowed to participate in this procurement process.
Our company is a duly registered Private Limited Company with the SECP and fulfills the required eligibility requirements. Restricting participation to only the above-mentioned bidder types unnecessarily limits competition. Allowing Partnership Firms and Private Limited Companies will promote healthy competition, ensure equal opportunity, and serve the public interest by enabling the procuring agency to receive more competitive and qualified bids.
We are genuinely interested in participating in this tender and look forward to the opportunity to work with your esteemed department. We therefore request you to kindly amend the eligibility criteria and allow SECP-registered Private Limited Companies and Partnership Firms to participate in the bidding process.
