Issue of Not Changing Business Entity from Individual/Individual Consultant to Sole Propiertership

Dear EPADS Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am currently registered on the EPADS vendor registration portal as an Individual/Individual Consultant. However, my business is operating as a Sole Proprietorship, and I would like to request that my business entity type be changed accordingly from Individual Consultant to Sole Proprietorship.

Unfortunately, I could not find any option in the portal to modify the business entity type after registration.

Kindly guide me on the procedure for making this change or update my registration category from your end if possible.

Note: I have sent an email to the helpline around six days ago but there is not response yet. The helpline number 051-111-137-237 is not responding although I have been trying to share the issue for last six days. In such a condition where there is no flexibility in registration and applicaiton process, I believe that the tender process should not be continued till the adressal of this grievance, please.
