Incorrect Eligibility Status Displayed on EPADS 2.0 Portal – Unable to Submit Bid

Grievance Description

Our firm is facing an issue while submitting a bid through the new EPADS 2.0 portal. The system is displaying the following message:

"You are not eligible to participate in this procurement. Your business is not eligible for this procurement."

Previously, our firm was using the old version of EPADS, where we successfully participated and submitted bids for the same type of tenders without any eligibility issue. This is our first attempt to submit a bid through the new EPADS 2.0 system, and we are receiving this incorrect eligibility error.

Our firm meets the required criteria and has successfully participated in similar procurements in the past. The same type of tenders also show our firm as eligible on other occasions.

Due to this apparent issue in the EPADS 2.0 system, we are unable to submit our bid for this procurement. We request the concerned authority to urgently review our vendor profile and correct the eligibility status/error so that we may submit our bid before the closing date.

We can provide screenshots of the error message and previous successful tender participation records for verification.
