In case of delay, the Indenter reserves the right to impose liquidated damages at 0.067% per day or part thereof on late supplies. Quoted rates must be inclusive of GST and remain valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. All items must comply with relevant international medical standards (ISO/CE/FDA where applicable). | |
| Bill of Entry with supplier’s undertaking and import details (including batch number and taxes paid with proof, if required), Delivery Challan, Inspection Report by consignee, bank account details, and any other documents as required by the consignee under applicable rules. Active ATL Income Tax and Sales Tax status as per the FBR database, and a valid withholding tax exemption certificate issued by FBR if applicable. | |
| The supplier shall be entitled to 100 percent payment upon complete supply/execution of the purchase order, in accordance with WAPDA procurement rules and PPRA rules, subject to submission of the bill along with the following documents Sales Tax Invoice in triplicate. Delivery Challan in the prescribed format. Inspection report by the consignee. Bank account details. | |
| Bill of Entry, along with the suppliers undertaking and relevant documents clearly showing the batch number, details of goods imported from abroad, and the amount of taxes deposited at the import stage, along with proof of such deposit if required. Any other documents required by consignee time to time in accordance with WAPDA rules or PEPRA rules. | |
