Eligibility Criteria Document
The firm must possess a minimum of three (03) years of relevant experience in providing fumigation and pest control services. Documentary evidence in support of the claimed experience, such as work orders, purchase orders, contracts, completion certificates, or similar documents, must be attached with the quotation.
The firm must possess a valid Pest Control/Fumigation License or any registration certificate issued by the relevant regulatory authority. A copy of the same must be attached as documentary evidence.
