Eligibility Criteria Document
The vendor must have an office in Islamabad /Rawalpindi (Attach property documents/tenancy agreement/utility bill mentioning address and name of vendor or owner as registered on E-PADS v 2.0.
2. The vendor must not be in the Active Blacklisted Firms list on PPRA website
3.The charges mentioned for each time in specifications must be inclusive of taxes as per applicable tax percentage as per government rules.
4.Delivery Time/Completion Time shall be 5 days
5.Supplier /firms must have 03 years' experience in supply of operation and maintenance of Lifts/elevators and also at least 01 PO related to similar supply any client in Pakistan under supporting documents otherwise the quote shall be considered as non-responsive.
6.The Vendor Must mentioned brand and model for all items under supplier specifications in quote.
