Upload quoted technical sheet or upload pictures of the quoted items clearly specify make & models. Optional Bidding is not allowed.
The bidding requirement specifies that bidders must have a registered office in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. If the bidder's head office is located outside these cities, they must provide a letterhead showing their office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
The bidders are required to survey market before quoting the items to avoid delay in delivery process. The procuring Agency will not accept other brand or items as equivalent than the quoting items by the firm due to non-availability in the market
Bidders are required to delivered the items with in required time Before 3 PM April 22,2026. Delivery Compliance Statement must be given.
The Padestal Fan is to deliver ZTBL Call Center,Lahore. Charges must be included the delivery charges as well.
