| 1.Quotations will be opened in through EPADS on the date of opening. 2. PAA reserves the right to inspect the Quoted items/equipment before or after the confirmed order through any agency/person of its choice. 3. Only one offer as per I/T specification would be acceptable. Alternate offer(s) would not be acceptable. 3. Prices shall be in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). | |
| 4. Bidder shall quote firm and final Price/Prices and must be inclusive of GST @ 18% & all Government / Local Taxes or any change therein. Price variation / conditional clause will not be acceptable. 5. Items offered should bear complete details like brand, Manufacturers detail specification etc. 6. Offers must accompany technical literature/ brochures if any. | |
| 7. Sample, if required with Quotation, the supplier shall supply the same free of charge and without any obligation to the PAA. 8. Conditional Proposal will not be acceptable and likely to be rejected.9. Condition of advance payment would not be acceptable, except in case of fabrication/manufacture of an item subject to PAA rules. | |
| 10. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the Quotations without assigning any reason. 11. Bidder shall provide updated Professional Tax Certificate, failing to do so would result in rejection of bid. 12. Bidders must be Active Taxpayer as per ATL (Sales Tax & Income Tax), or else it may result in rejection of bid. | |
| 13. All items are to delivered at Logistics Center (North), Lehtrar Road Rawalpindi. 14. PAA reserves the right to reject any or all quotations due to cogent reasons. 15. Delivery shall be made within 30days of issuance of Purchase Order. 16. In case of failed delivery, strict action will be taken against the bidder as per PPAA rules & regulations. | |
