Eligibility Criteria Document
• The bidder must clearly mention the brand name, make, and complete specification of each quoted item. Any quotation lacking such details shall be treated as non-responsive.
• The bidder must offer goods/materials of best quality and strictly in conformity with the required specifications.
• The bidder shall provide samples free of cost, wherever required by the procuring agency.
• The bidder must have the capacity to deliver all items to the Logistics Section, Civil Aviation Training Institute, Hyderabad.
• The bidder must undertake to complete delivery within 02 days from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order.
• The bidder must quote firm and final rates. No escalation in prices shall be allowed after submission of the quotation.
• The quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable federal and provincial taxes, duties, levies, liabilities, and transportation charges up to the final place of destination.
• The bidder must accept that no advance payment shall be made. Payment shall be released within 60 days after issuance of the Certificate Receipt Voucher by the procuring agency.
• The bidder must agree that all supplied goods/services shall be subject to inspection and testing after delivery.
• The bidder must submit an unconditional quotation. Conditional quotations shall not be entertained.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws, rules, and regulations governing the supply of goods/services.
• The bidder must maintain confidentiality of all information received in connection with this RFQ and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent of the procuring agency.
• In case the bidder fails to deliver the goods after issuance of the Purchase Order, the bidder may be disqualified from participating in future petty purchase/RFQ proceedings due to non-compliance.
