| The bidder must provide undertaking on Letter Head (mandatory) in respect of originality of parts along with 01-Month check warranty. In case the bidder fails to provide the said undertaking then he should be treated as ineligible | |
| Rates must be quoted inclusive of all applicable government duties & taxes in Pak Rupees. Rates must be quoted including all charges like travelling & transportation of the items. No other charges except the quoted rates will be paid by the procuring agency/dept. The bidder must complete the quotation work within 03-days positively after the issuance of work order. | |
