| We require repair of Office Equipment which includes, Microwave Ovens, Water Dispensers, LED TVs, Binding Machine, Table Fans and Steam Generator. Vendor must visit our site and inspect aforementioned repairable Office Equipment before quoting rates. | |
| 1. Supplier/Vendor is advised to visit the site before quoting their rates. 2. Quoted rates will remain valid for a period of 30 days inclusive of all applicable taxes after opening of quotations/estimate(s). 3. Price /cost of item must include all applicable taxes, overhead, transportation, labor, etc. and must be complete in all respect as per instruction by Bank/Department. | |
| 4. Supplier/Vendor(s) will be responsible for any damages during delivery at his own cost if caused to any equipment, system, service or building due to any reason during execution of the awarded assignment/work. 5. Supplier/Vendor must follow all security measures in the premises of SBP Complex and instructions of our Security Department. 6. Supplier/Vendor must bring Original CNIC and show at main gate of SBP-BSC-HOK. | |
| 7. Delivery/Completion period shall be 30 days from award of Purchase Order. 8. SBPBSC reserves the right to accept or reject any offers or items/parts thereof without assigning any reason. 9. Lowest bidding supplier must bring his samples and get it approved before award of the work. 10. The supplier must be registered with FBR for Income Tax as well Sales Tax to participate in the bidding. | |
| 11. Interpretation of the procuring agency for specification of an item will be considered final. 12. The supplier must mention the quoted model and or upload the picture of the quoted model to be eligible for evaluation. 13. Delivery & Installation of items will be part of quoted price. 14. The supplier must mention his contact number and email address. | |
